2. Request A Telephone Consultation

• Client contact information (mailing address, bride's name, groom's name, etc.) is collected to generate the contract and cover letter
  • If the client can open .pdf files (Adobe Acrobat), the contract, cover letter, and all other documents will be sent electronically as email attachments

• Event date is held for 7 calendar days from the date the contract is issued pending Tony Mattrazzo DJ Service's receipt of the following:
  • Signed contract
  • Retainer check or money order for $350.00

• If the contract and retainer payment are not received within the 7 days:
  • Hold The Date request is removed
  • Event date and time becomes available to anyone on a first-come, first-serve basis

• Once Tony Mattrazzo DJ Service receives the signed contract and retainer payment via the U.S. mail, the client will be sent:
  • Copy of the contract with Tony Mattrazzo's signature
  • Retainer confirmation letter
  • If applicable, an event appropriate information form
