DJ Setup Requirements

• Immediate access to the banquet hall and performance area
  • DJ arrives approximately 1.5 hours prior to the event's scheduled start time

• Setup location that is a minimum of 8' wide by 4' deep and 7.5' ceiling clearance

• Removal of any table(s) from the setup location in advance of Tony Mattrazzo’s arrival

• Standard electrical outlet within 10' of the setup location

Guest Seating Suggestions

• Obtain a room diagram from the banquet manager that provides table locations for the guests, cake, gifts, and DJ

• When determining seating arrangements, try to avoid placing guests who may be extra sensitive to music volume near the DJ table and/or the dance floor

Providing the DJ With A Meal

• Since I always decline my clients very gracious dinner invitation, please do not order a meal for the DJ

Song Requests

• The DJ will be happy to accept song requests provided that the song:
  • Is danceable
  • Does not contain any lewd or vulgar lyrics
  • Is appropriate for the particular event (wedding reception, holiday party, etc.)
